Three injured during mass brawl in Swindon

Three people have been injured in a mass brawl involving up to 20 people in Swindon's old town.

A police spokesman said officers had been called to a "large scale disorder" in a car park behind the Bell Hotel at about 2320 BST on Saturday.

Wiltshire Police said one man had a bottle smashed over his head and suffered a number of cuts.

Another male suffered a broken nose while a third sustained a fractured eye socket.

Police are appealing for witnesses.
