Lead stolen from 50 Swindon premises in a month

Lead has been stolen from 50 premises in Swindon in the past month.
Houses, bungalows, shops, businesses and churches have all been targeted and lead flashing stolen from around windows and doors.
Lead has also been taken from the roof of some premises, with repair work costing thousands of pounds.
Two men aged 18 and 20 have been arrested on suspicion of stealing lead from one of the premises and are on bail pending further inquiries.
