Wiltshire police say man was stabbed during burglary

A man has been stabbed during a burglary at a flat in Wiltshire.

He was found with knife wounds to his chest and neck, inside the property on Wicker Hill, Trowbridge, on Wednesday morning.

Officers said he suffered a collapsed lung but remains in a stable condition at the Royal United Hospital in Bath.

Two men who were arrested were released on bail. A man and a woman also arrested have been released without charge.

One of the men also received hospital treatment.
