Motorcyclist killed in crash on A48 in Forest of Dean

A motorcyclist has died in a crash on the A48 near Tidenham in the Forest of Dean.

Police said the motorcycle left the road at about 17:15 BST on Sunday near to the National Diving Centre.

The rider from Sedbury was taken to Southmead hospital in Bristol. He died from his injuries on Monday.

A pillion passenger, also from Sedbury, was treated for leg injuries, which police have described as "not life changing".
