Police name Leeds man who died in burning van on A64

A van driver who died after his vehicle crashed and burst into flames on the A64 in North Yorkshire has been named by police.
James Winter, 43, from Crossgates, Leeds, died when his Citroen Berlingo van was in collision with a BMW car on 18 October and crashed into a fence.
The accident happened near the A162 Tadcaster slip road.
North Yorkshire Police said they were still looking for witnesses to the crash, which happened at 0750 BST.
