York's Paralympic Flame paraded at Ebor racing festival
York's Paralympic Flame has been paraded at the winner's enclosure at the Ebor Festival at York racecourse.
It was carried by 15-year-old Sianagh Gallagher, a gold medal winning paraclimber from the city.
Councillor Sonja Crisp said the city was proud to parade the flame in front of thousands of race-goers.
The Paralympic Flame arrived on a train from London to York on Friday where it was was divided into five flames.
Those flames were carried on to Beverley, Huddersfield, Leeds and Sheffield, while York's flame was toured around the city.
