Jonathan Binns death: Four men appear in court
Four men have appeared in court in connection with the death of a man in Scarborough.
Jonathan Binns, 41, died after an incident at an address on Queen's Terrace on 7 August.
David White, 34, of Queen's Terrace and Kevin Pickering, 29, of Royal Crescent, both Scarborough, pleaded not guilty to murder and conspiracy to robbery.
James Cousins, 30, of Woodland Street, Manchester, pleaded not guilty to conspiracy to commit robbery.
Nicholas Polihronos, 30, of Stoney Haggs Rise, Scarborough pleaded not guilty to charges of conspiracy to commit robbery and also not guilty to a charge of assisting an offender.
All four men were remanded in custody to face a trial on 3 February.
