Power returns to central Belfast
Power has been restored to large parts of Belfast city centre following an earlier cut to the supply.
Several sets of traffic lights on main routes around the area were out for more than an hour, and shops including the Victoria Square shopping complex were evacuated.
A spokesperson from Northern Ireland Electricity said a fault in an electricity cable left around 1,400 premises in Belfast city centre without power at 1247 BST.
"NIE emergency repair teams responded immediately and were able to resupply power to the affected properties by 1400 BST," a NIE spokesperson said.
"Investigations into the cause and repairs to the faulty cable will continue into the evening."
