A 13-year-old boy is expected to appear in court in Craigavon next month charged with riotous behaviour.

The charge is related to disorder in Lurgan, County Armagh on 12 July.

Police said they are also questioning another two teenagers in connection with the rioting.

The trouble was part of sporadic rioting in nationalist areas across Northern Ireland after an Orange Order march near the Ardoyne area of north Belfast.

The Chief Constable Matt Baggott said the cost of the trouble was likely to run into millions of pounds.
