'No DNA evidence' in birthday party rape case

There is no forensic evidence of contact between a 52-year-old accused of raping a teenager at his son's 18th birthday party and his alleged victim, Londonderry Crown Court has heard.
Defence barrister Eilish MacDermott said DNA swabs taken from the defendant by the police came back negative.
The defendant - who cannot be named for legal reasons - denies raping or touching the 16-year-old on the sofa of his living room in October 2009.
The trial continues.
