Police appeal over Ballycastle crash

Police have made a further appeal for information following the death of a man in a road accident in County Antrim at the weekend.

William Joseph McAuley, 63, from Armoy, died after his car crashed through a wall and tumbled into a river at the Glenshesk Road in Ballycastle on Saturday afternoon.

Mr McAuley's body was later recovered by members of the PSNI's diving team.

Police have appealed for information about his movements before the crash.

They said he was driving a blue Peugeot 406 car, registration number KIW1 026.
