Man charged with attempted murder in west Belfast

A man has been charged with attempted murder following a stabbing in west Belfast during the early hours of Monday morning.
A 26-year-old man is due to appear in court in Belfast on Tuesday morning.
It is understood the 28-year-old victim was stabbed three times in the chest and once in the head.
The attack happened in the Clondara Street area of the city. It was reported to police at about 0115 GMT.
