The case of a 42-year-old Londonderry man, who had three public order charges against him withdrawn, is to be raised with the Police Ombudsman.

Anthony Michael Taylor, of Bellview Avenue, allegedly committed the offences during the Apprentice Boys parade in 2010.

A solicitor told the city's magistrates court that CCTV footage "completely vindicated" his client.

The district judge said he was "very concerned" about the case.
