Belfast drugs find leads to three arrests

Three men have been arrested in Belfast after police discovered drugs in a car.

Police stopped the vehicle on the Upper Newtownards Road and questioned the occupants at about 2310 BST on Friday.

Suspected cannabis, tablets and a quantity of white powder were found when the car was searched.

The three men, aged 20, 25 and 26, were arrested and are currently helping police with their enquiries.
