Man in court over Belfast boy's scrambler death

Police investigating the death of a 12-year-old boy in Belfast have charged a man with causing death by dangerous driving.

The 32-year-old man is expected to appear at Belfast Magistrates Court later.

Daniel Mooney, 12, who was a pillion passenger on a scrambler, died when the bike crashed. He was not wearing a helmet.

The accident happened at Mountcoole Park in north Belfast on Sunday.
