A shop near Belfast city centre has been badly damaged in an arson attack in the early hours of Tuesday morning.

The Fire Service received reports that the store on Castle Street was on fire at about 0350 BST.

It is believed that a number of males were seen close to the building setting fire to paper and rubbish.
