North Belfast hit by four burglaries

Four burglaries have been reported in the Antrim Road area of north Belfast between 2000 GMT on Sunday 4 March and Monday 5 March.

A solicitors office, two apartments and a chemist were targeted.

A laptop as well as a quantity of 1st and 2nd class stamps were stolen and substantial damage was caused to the properties.

The PSNI have asked anyone offered stamps or a laptop at low prices or in unusual circumstances to contact them.

Police also want to speak to anyone who noticed suspicious activity in the area, in particular a man who went into a shop to report two youths on the roof of one of the burgled premises.
