Bomb alert ends at Queen's Bridge in Belfast

A security alert has ended in the Queen's Bridge area of Belfast.

Army bomb experts made safe a suspicious object shortly after 18:00 BST on Saturday. It has been taken away for further examination.

Traffic was affected for a number of hours for those travelling underneath the flyover at the Middlepath Street junction with Queens Quay.

The roads have since reopened.
