Residents receive treatment after house fire in Derry
Three people have been treated for the effects of breathing in smoke after a house fire in Londonderry.
The Fire Service said they are treating the blaze at the three storey property in Clarendon street in the city centre as arson.
It happened just before 05:00 BST on Saturday.
The building was divided into three flats and the fire was started in the hallway of the first floor.
Kevin Lynch, from the Fire Service said: "There were two fellas, they were on the ground and the first floor and they had made their own way out but the lady was in the second floor and she had to be brought to safety by fire fighters."
