Police car

A mother and child escaped injury when a fire broke out at a neighbour's house in Ballymoney on Saturday.

The fire, which was initially thought to be arson, is not now believed to have been suspicious.

The pair escaped from their home as the blaze took hold in the house next door in the town's Hamilton Park at about 04:30 BST.

Police said a number of homes in the area were evacuated.
