Cannabis valued at £150,000 seized in Finaghy

Police have seized cannabis estimated to be worth £150,000 at a house in south Belfast.

The discovery was made on Wednesday by officers sent to Trossachs Drive in Finaghy following reports of a suspected cannabis factory.

A number of items were taken away for forensic tests. Police have appealed for information.

In Larne, cannabis valued at £31,500 was seized during a planned search at Circular Road on Wednesday afternoon.
