Man is injured in Belfast stabbing

A 29-year-old man arrested following a stabbing in north Belfast has been released unconditionally.

A 27-year-old man was injured in the attack, which happened on Boundary Way on Saturday night.

At 19:40 GMT, a number of men entered a house in the area armed with hammers and knives.

After an altercation in the street, the 27-year-old man suffered a stab wound to his stomach.

He has been taken to hospital for treatment to his injury, which is not believed to be life-threatening.

Police said a motive for the attack had yet to be established.
