Staff 'shaken' by armed robbery at Hillsborough petrol station

Two men armed with knives have carried out a robbery at a petrol station in Hillsborough, County Down.

The pair entered the shop on the Dromore Road at about 22:10 BST on Thursday and stole money.

No one was injured, but a police spokeswoman said members of staff were left "badly shaken".

The robbers were both around 5 ft 6 in tall, of slim build, and were wearing dark coloured hooded tops. Police have appealed for witnesses to contact them.
