An elderly woman has died in a house fire in Lurgan, County Armagh.
Firefighters were called to Lurgan Tarry at 11:50 GMT on Monday, after a fire broke out in a mid-terrace house.
Wearing breathing apparatus, the firefighters found the victim, who was in her 70s, in the living room. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
A spokesperson for the Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service (NIFRS) said: "Early indications would suggest the fire was accidental."
The spokesperson added: "The smoke alarms in the property had activated and alerted care workers arriving at the property and they raised the alarm."
Firefighters dealt with "a small fire in the living room" and the operation ended at 14:16 GMT.
