The extreme wintry weather has brought a remarkably challenging week for everyone in Scotland, with some of the worst conditions seen since the 1960s.

Drivers have spent hours snowbound on motorways, food and fuel supplies have been hit, children have had days off school and the Army has been brought in to clear the streets of Edinburgh.

BBC One Scotland will be showing another special programme on Frozen Scotland at 1730 GMT on Sunday.

Jackie Bird is looking to speak to your snow heroes. Who were the people you know who went the extra mile, or acted above and beyond the call of duty, to help family, friends or complete strangers to survive the big freeze?
