Pensioner treated after Edinburgh house fire

A 74-year-old woman has been treated in hospital after an early morning fire at her home in Edinburgh.

Fire fighters were called to the scene at about 0140 BST at Inverleith Row. It is understood the fire was started at a cooker.

Lothian and Borders Fire and Rescue Service said the pensioner was taken to Edinburgh's Royal Infirmary.
