Fatal crash victim named by police

A 57-year-old man who died when his car was involved in a crash with a lorry in West Lothian on Friday morning has been named by police.

James Kaney, from Raploch in Stirling, died after the collision on the Lathallan roundabout junction with the M9, at about 0835 BST.

Central Scotland Police said the 28-year-old lorry driver was uninjured.

The force said anyone who saw the crash and had not yet spoken to police should contact them.
