A man has been shot dead at a house in Glenrothes in Fife.
Local businessman Mohammed Siddique, who was known as Toby, was shot at house in Forres Drive between 2100 BST and 2130 BST on Sunday.
Another man, who was treated for gunshot wounds which were not life-threatening, is now out of hospital.
Police investigating the murder want to speak to a man in his 30s, with short brown hair, a stocky build and wearing a dark zip-up top.
Fife Constabulary said they believed he may have been in the vicinity at the time of the incident.
Officers found the body of Mr Siddique in the house, after responding to reports of a gun being shot at about 2130 BST.
The force said there would be a high-profile police presence in the area to reassure members of the public.
