Fourth suspect charged over murder of Nattalie Muir

A fourth suspect has been charged with murder over the death of young mother Nattalie Muir in West Lothian.

Ms Muir, 21, died in hospital after an alleged knife attack in Whitburn at 0300 GMT on Saturday 11 December.

Samantha Stewart, 21, from Breich, West Lothian, appeared on petition at Livingston Sheriff Court charged with murder.

She made no plea or declaration and was remanded in custody for further examination.

Three others - a 19-year-old woman and two men, aged 34 and 15 - have already appeared in court charged with murder.

The 19-year-old was also accused of attempting to pervert the course of justice.
