Boy rescued from artificial rocks at Edinburgh primary

A young boy has been rescued by firefighters after trapping his knee between artificial rocks at an Edinburgh primary school.

The 10-year-old became stuck as he climbed over fibreglass rocks at Juniper Green primary.

A crew from Lothian and Borders Fire and Rescue Service arrived at the school at about 1100 BST and used hydraulic spreaders to release him.

The youngster was taken by ambulance to hospital to have his knee X-rayed.
