Edinburgh Airport declares full scale emergency

Edinburgh Airport launched a full scale emergency earlier after a British Airways plane reported technical difficulties.
Two pilots were on a delivery flight, with no passengers on board, when they reported the problem and had to return to Edinburgh.
Edinburgh Airport said the full scale emergency was declared as a precautionary measure at 12:45.
The emergency was lifted five minutes later when the plane landed safely.
