Man rescued after fall at Holyrood Park

A 21-year-old man has been rescued following a fall at Holyrood Park in Edinburgh.

The emergency services were called to the Hawse area of the park, near Salisbury Crags, at about 16:00 on Tuesday.

The Scottish Fire and Rescue service said the man had been stretchered off the hill.

He had suspected back and leg injuries.
