Fake banknotes seized in Fife towns of Leven and Methil

Forged Clydesdale Bank £20 notes, along with £10,000 in real currency, has been recovered by police officers following raids on properties in Fife.

The raids were made in Leven and Methil.

Three men aged 49, 49 and 27, and a 47-year-old woman, all with local addresses, are being reported to the procurator fiscal.

Sgt Gary Combes, of Police Scotland, said he was "delighted" with the the outcome of the operation.
