A man who sexually abused three young girls and confessed his crime to his mother has been jailed for four years.
Shaun McMillan, 21, from Possilpark in Glasgow, admitted abusing his victims at houses in the city between 2002, when he was aged 13, and 2007.
The court had previously heard McMillan told his mother he had abused two of the girls, after she confronted him on hearing the allegations.
A third victim came forward during the police inquiry.
McMillan's trial heard he abused one victim when she was aged between nine and 11, another when she was aged between seven and 11 and his third victim between the ages of eight and 12.
A judge at the High Court in Edinburgh told McMillan he had taken advantage of his victims' age and vulnerability.
