A teenage boy is being sought by police in connection with an indecent assault on a woman in the east end of Glasgow.
The 32-year-old woman was attacked while walking along Gartloch Road, near Mossvale Road, in the Easterhouse area, at about 1730 GMT on Christmas Eve.
She managed to break free but was later verbally abused by the youth as she neared Avenue End Road.
Her attacker is described as white, aged between 14 and 16, about 5ft 8in tall, with short messy dark brown hair.
He has a medium build and is said to be baby-faced with a spotty complexion.
Traumatic attack
The boy was wearing dark grey jogging trousers, black trainers and a black tracksuit top with fluorescent yellow piping around the collar and chest area.
Police have been conducting door-to-door enquiries and are checking CCTV images in a bid to trace the youth.
Det Con Morag Gibson, from Strathclyde Police, said: "This young woman has been traumatised by this incident and it's imperative we trace the boy responsible for this attack.
"I am particularly keen to speak to a black Hackney taxi driver who stopped in Avenue End Road and took the woman home. The driver may have seen the suspect and he may hold vital information which will assist with our enquiries.
"Initial enquiries suggest two people were standing at the bus stop opposite Inishail Road, I would ask them to contact police as soon as possible. Any information they hold, no matter how trivial will be vital in catching the suspect."
