James Watt College lecturers stage strike action
Lecturers at James Watt College are staging more strike action in an ongiong dispute.
EIS-Fela members claim the college has breached a no redundancy agreement and plans to cut senior lecturer jobs.
Management at the Greenock college said they would be taking part in talks with the union and the conciliation service Acas in a bid to resolve the dispute.
The college said it would be open as normal on Tuesday and the walk out would cause "minimal disruption".
It said the dispute centred on changes to pay and conditions.
Members of the EIS-Fela union previously staged strike action in December.
More days of action are planned in the coming months unless the dispute is settled.
