Angus Dundee Distillers opens Coatbridge whisky bottling plant

A previously dormant whisky bottling plant has been re-opened in North Lanarkshire creating 33 jobs.

The facility at a 10-acre site in Coatbridge was modernised by owner Angus Dundee Distillers.

The company received a £460,000 grant from the Scottish government towards the project through the regional selective assistance scheme.

Angus Dundee plans more improvements at the site, which also includes warehousing and blending facilities.
