Graham Dickinson to pay back £85,000 income tax scam

A self-employed health and safety adviser who admitted failing to pay income tax totalling £85,000 has been given time to repay the cash.

Graham Dickinson, 41, failed to make payments between April 2008 and July 2012 while carrying out work around the world for four recruitment agencies.

He was detained following a probe by HM Revenue and Customs.

Glasgow Sheriff Court heard Dickinson had paid back £25,000 and signed an agreement to repay the remaining sum.

Sentence was deferred until April next year for repayment and bail was continued.
