Two men admit possessing cocaine at Glasgow Airport
Two men have pleaded guilty to possessing cocaine at Glasgow Airport.
Dane Carroll, 26, and Noredine Haddanou, 28, were arrested at the terminal in August 2015.
They were charged with attempting to smuggle the cocaine into the country but pleaded guilty to the lesser charge of possession. Caroll also admitted possessing diazepam.
Carroll, of Redford near Arbroath, and Haddanou, of Broughty Ferry, Dundee, will be sentenced later this month.
Neither of the men appeared at Paisley Sheriff Court where their guilty pleas were accepted.
The facts of the case were not read to the court and the case was adjourned by Sheriff James Spy for both men to be present at their sentencing hearing.
