Scots chefs in London Restaurant Festival
Two Scots are among 20 of the UK's leading chefs invited to show off their skills at the London Restaurant Festival next month.
Michael Smith, from Inverness, is head chef at The Three Chimneys at Colbost on Skye.
He will join Jeremy Lee, from Dundee, who is head chef at London's Blueprint Cafe, to form one of 20 teams of chefs cooking at the festival.
Other taking part are Alain Roux, Raymond Blanc and Richard Corrigan.
Mr Smith was Mr Lee's sous chef at the Blueprint Cafe until he returned to Scotland, initially working at Arta at the Old Cheese Market in Glasgow's Merchant City.
The pair appeared on the BBC's The Great British Menu programme.
