Man dies after Wick road accident

A 28-year-old man has died from injuries sustained in a crash in Wick on Thursday night.
Emergency services received reports of a one-vehicle road collision on Broadhaven Road, at about 2155 BST.
Kevin Macdonald, the driver of the car, was taken to Caithness General Hospital but died as a result of his injuries.
A full accident investigation was carried out by officers from Dingwall's road policing unit and a report will be submitted to the procurator fiscal.
