Three crew rescued from sinking boat

Three fishermen have been rescued from their boat after it started taking in water in the Minch between the isles of Harris and Skye.

The Maritime and Coastguard Agency said the crew of the Enterprise got into difficulty at about 1100 GMT.

Another boat nearby went to the men's aid, taking them onboard and attaching a tow rope to the Enterprise in an effort to drag it to a harbour.

However, the stricken boat sank at about 1300 GMT.
