Northern Constabulary consultation nears deadline

  • Published

Consultation on what future priorities should be for the police, courts and Crown Office closes later.

Northern Constabulary said it had received about 2,500 responses out of the more than 9,000 households asked to take part.

Chief Constable George Graham said the consultation would provide important information.

A survey in 2009 highlighted drink-related crime, anti-social behaviour and speeding as key public concerns.

Households involved were asked to submit their responses by the end of Monday.
