Search in Caithness for missing Glasgow man

Police, a lifeboat crew and two Maritime and Coastguard Agency teams have been searching an area of Caithness for a missing Glasgow man.

John McKee, 46, has not been seen by his family since leaving his home on 22 May.

Northern Constabulary said his family had become increasingly concerned following the discovery of his car near a beach at Keiss, close to Wick.

Mr McKee is 5ft 6in, of slim build, light brown hair and blue eyes.

Police said the man's car was found on 25 May.

Wick lifeboat crew and two coastguard teams have been making searches of the nearby coastline.
