Plans to improve Cameron Square in Fort William will be unveiled at a public meeting in the town next Thursday.

Highland Council said regenerating the open space would be the third and final stage of work to revamp Fort William's High Street.

The first phases saw an underpass at the east end of the street and Gordon Square to the west upgraded.

Highlands and Islands Enterprise has helped to fund a study on how to improve Cameron Square.

The meeting in the Council Chambers of Lochaber House will start from 18:00.
