Transmitter fault affecting BBC Radio Scotland bulletins
Stormy weather has caused problems broadcasting BBC Radio Scotland's news bulletins for the Highlands and Islands.
A fault at the Rosemarkie transmitter has meant the news at 06:30, 07:30, 08:30, 12:30, 16:30 and 17:30 have been off air since Monday.
Engineers hoped to have fixed the problem later on Tuesday.
In the meantime, listeners have been asked to tune into BBC Scotland's national bulletins and news website.
Highlands and Islands news editor Craig Swan said: "We'd like to apologise to our listeners for the disruption to the service, particularly during this period of bad weather.
"The storms at the weekend seem to have caused the fault and, sadly, it's left us with no way to broadcast."
