Two held after cocaine found on A90 near Stonehaven


Two men have been arrested after cocaine said to be worth thousands of pounds was seized in Aberdeenshire.

The drugs, with an estimated street value of about £8,000, were recovered following a search of a vehicle on the A90 near Stonehaven on Thursday night.

Grampian Police said the two men detained were 22 and 23 and from Aberdeen.

A force spokesman said the pair were expected to appear at the city's sheriff court on Friday.
