Teenager reported over 'stolen' guinea pig in Elgin

A teenager has been reported to the procurator fiscal after a guinea pig believed to have been stolen was found in a Moray town.
Police had appealed for information after a man was found with the pet in Elgin on Saturday.
An 18-year-old man has now been reported in relation to the incident.
A Grampian Police spokesperson, thanking the public for their help, said: "Police can advise the owner has now been traced."
