Probes into Aberdeen and Fraserburgh body discoveries
- Published
Investigations have been launched after the separate discovery of two bodies in Aberdeen and Fraserburgh.
A man's body was found at a yard at Aberdeen's Greenwell Place at about 1630 GMT on Sunday. Grampian Police said it was so far "unexplained".
Meanwhile, the body of an unidentified woman thought to be in her 60s was found washed up on a beach near Fraserburgh harbour.
She was about 5ft 2in tall, of stocky build, with short wavy grey hair.
A force spokesperson, appealing for help in identifying the woman, said there did not appear to be any suspicious circumstances about Sunday afternoon's discovery.
Reports on both incidents will be sent to the procurator fiscal.
