Woman remanded over £140,000 of drugs found in Buckie

A woman has been remanded in custody after appearing in court for a second time over drugs with an estimated street value of about £140,000.

Lynda Murray, 45, from Buckie, appeared at Elgin Sheriff Court charged with various drugs offences.

A Crown Office spokesman said she made no plea or declaration and was fully committed.

Grampian Police said cocaine, amphetamine, ecstasy, and money, were recovered earlier this month.
